Adventure Gym is a sensory gym and play school in Cookeville, TN created to be a space where every child can feel safe, supported, and free to explore. We believe that every child deserves a place where they can thrive in their own unique way, and we’re here to make that happen.
Our play based programs are all about connection, discovery, and fun. From “My Adult & Me” classes to Kids Nights, seasonal camps, and special events, there’s always something exciting happening here.
Every activity is designed to spark joy, build confidence, and create lasting memories—all in a sensory-friendly environment made for every kind of explorer.
But Adventure Gym is more than just a sensory gym.
It’s a place where families come together, friendships grow, and the community finds support. We’re proud to host free story times, support groups, and programs like the Upper Cumberland Diaper Coalition to help local families in need.
Whether your child is climbing, crafting, or connecting with new friends, Adventure Gym is a place where they can be themselves and discover new adventures every day.
